About the project

Patch's number one priority are the animals - big, small, fluffy or feathered - they all mean the world to them.

Patch's was established with the community in mind, they wanted to give the best products, advice and service to the local animals and their humans. They put their customers pets first, and, as a team of pet owners, they understand the relationship that their customers have with their beloved animals and will only provide the best possible service to benefit the animals.

They pride themselves on sourcing a wide range of the best food, treats, accessories, toys, clothing and homes for their customers pets. As an independent retailer they hand pick everything that comes into their store, and with their rigorous process of testing products they make sure their customers only get the best at Patch's, all backed up with their great customer service.

The process

Patch's has been a client for a while now, broght to me by a colleague fro the Gate Edinburgh, Patch's is an independent customer focused pet and pet supply retailer

The site was brilliantly designed by a collague in Photoshop and once signed off was handed over to me in order to build a fully customised WordPress Ecommerce site.

The site was based on the Timber WordPress/Woocommerce starter theme and the site was then amended and styles accordingly, it comprises various content elements such as product grids, slider filters, custom descriptions, Facebook feed and Mailchimp integration.
